About The Position

This posting is for all Accounting & Finance student positions in Dublin, OH and Lima, OH. Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa).
  • Available to begin work in either January 2026 or May 2026.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Solid analytical and Microsoft Suite skills, specifically Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, judgement, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be enrolled in a Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term.
  • Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered.
  • New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Gain solid exposure to an ERP system (SAP) and understand how it is used to record and report financial transactions
  • Understand and gain deep insight into the month-end financial close process and sub-processes that support the close.
  • Gain insight into how actual results are reported against budget and forecast
  • Analyze accounting and financial data
  • Increase your knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence/Analytical tools and how they are leveraged to increase the effectiveness of reporting
  • Perform a variety of financial analyses to help business leaders in decision-making
