This position is responsible for : Performs a variety of clerical and secretarial work necessary for the smooth operation of the Corps. Key Responsibilities include: performs typing, scanning, and filing as a majority of the responsibilities. assists with Corps program preparation and setup; oversees Corps Christmas Kettle program. processes a variety of routine paperwork necessary for office operations. Maintains a filing system of human resources documents. processes HR paperwork between the Corps and Divisional Headquarters. submits background check requests and e-verify entries. prepares and tracks health insurance enrollment/termination information. maintains files and records for personnel and insurance information and finance paperwork. answers the telephone and provides general information regarding the office operations.
