Accountabilities Oversee and develop the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial documentation. Manage reconciliations, audits, and regulatory compliance. Evaluate and improve accounting practices to enhance efficiency. Document policies and workflow for assigned areas. Assist planning and tax functions with routine analysis. Conduct various ad hoc financial analyses. Lead special departmental projects as assigned. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience with leadership duties. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. CPA license preferred. Proficient in major accounting software, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment. Experience with financial reporting frameworks, including SOX.
