Echodyne is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Accountant to join our fast-growing team. Echodyne is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Accountant to join our accounting team. This role will primarily support the Accounts Payable (A/P) function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1+ years of accounting experience
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and timeliness
Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices; resolve discrepancies
Review and verify vendor statements, respond to inquiries, and reconcile accounts
Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices and expenses
Support other accounting tasks as assigned
Support year-end 1099 preparation and vendor reporting
Assist with the implementation of automation tools and ERP enhancements
