Don Wood Toyota is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our friendly and fast-paced office team. Responsibilities: Play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the dealership by ensuring accounts payable are processed accurately and on time Support the accounting department with daily operations and special projects Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal departments Help keep financial records organized, complete, and audit-ready Contribute to a team-oriented environment by assisting with various office needs

Requirements

Prior accounting experience required (automotive experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Comfortable using accounting software and standard office programs

Responsibilities

Review, code, and enter vendor invoices with precision and care
Prepare and process checks and electronic payments
Reconcile vendor statements and assist in resolving discrepancies
Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
