About The Position

Logisnext Americas Inc. has supported customers for more than 100 years as a technology-driven forklift manufacturer. In addition to being a forklift manufacturer, we are also a total solutions provider offering scalable products and services from material handling and automation to extensive fleet support. This position supports our Accounting department by processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner to ensure timely vendor payments and to maximize cash discounts. This position also supports the resolution of vendor invoice discrepancies.

Requirements

0-2 years of Accounts Payable experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word
Technical aptitude with accounts payable and ERP systems
Ability to multitask in a fast paced enviroment.
Ability to work closely with both dealer support, supplier management, and support vendor personnel

Responsibilities

Processes all direct vouch invoices, some purchase order-based invoices for certain buyers, and drop shipment invoices
Reviews for appropriate documentation and required approvals
Processes credits via accounts payable
Works the Grand Rapids accounts payable email box as needed and calls new vendors to verbally confirm banking information
