We are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Manager with expertise in the construction industry. This individual will be responsible for the management of the Accounts Payable Staff along with overseeing and processing vendor Invoices, vendor checks, vendor statements, ACH payments, subcontractor compliance, sales tax, and vendor communication.
Requirements
- 7+ years prior AP experience
- Experience leading a team
- Possess a solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Be highly organized and detailed oriented
- Display excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and be accountable for deadlines
