This position is responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong vendor relationships. Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software (dealership DMS experience a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents
• Code invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts
• Prepare and process check runs and ACH payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
