SummaryAs a Drug Rebate Accounting Analyst at Gainwell, you will support Medicaid drug rebate programs by ensuring the accurate processing and reconciliation of rebate payments from pharmaceutical manufacturers. In this role, you will perform high-volume financial operations including payment posting, reconciliation, and invoice processing while maintaining compliance with regulatory and program requirements. Requirements

Two (2) or more years of experience in accounts receivable, financial processing, billing operations, or accounting
Experience working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments with strong attention to detail
Ability to balance and reconcile financial transactions accurately
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with emphasis on Excel
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Post and reconcile drug rebate payments within the Drug Rebate Accounting System (RAIS) at the National Drug Code (NDC) level.
Balance and reconcile payments to ensure accuracy and proper financial tracking
Process invoices and prepare payment documentation including check and payment vouchers
Track manufacturer documentation to support rebate processing and audit readiness
Research and respond to inquiries from state agencies, drug manufacturers, and internal stakeholders
