Job Summary Coordinate cash application of all checks, incoming wire transfers, EFT, and credit card payments to appropriate accounts receivable or general ledger accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum two years accounts receivable and cash application experience required
- Strong computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Cash application to appropriate accounts
- Process credit card payments
- Review and mail invoices daily
- Research checks and contact banks as needed
- Additional tasks and projects as needed
