This opportunity requires onsite work a minimum of 1 day per week, and 4 days per week remotely. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our corporate headquarters in Pipersville, PA (Bucks County).

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and working with PDFs
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems (MAS 500 preferred) is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Upload and distribute client invoices via database, email, print, and mail as needed.
  • Process incoming payments by opening and scanning checks, making daily bank deposits, and performing manual credit card transactions.
  • Generate laundry-related invoicing and maintain accurate electronic records.
  • Manage the department’s shared inbox and ensure organized documentation of communications and files.
  • Oversee the fit-kit account process, including tracking returns, coordinating with the fit-kit team, billing for damaged or unreturned items, and reconciling the account.
  • Provide backup support for the Cash Application Specialist and assist with in-office tasks when necessary.
  • Support the AR Supervisor with additional duties and projects as needed to help the team run smoothly.
