POSITION DESCRIPTION We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Temporary Acequia Cleanup Crew. This position supports drainage maintenance efforts to ensure proper water flow and reduce flooding risks. Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Ojo Caliente Holdings, Inc. Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Ability to perform strenuous physical labor and lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, mud, and wet conditions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Due to the natural environment at Ojo Spa Resorts, all staff must be comfortable outdoors performing physical activities, and be able to navigate uneven ground, diverse terrain, multiple stairs, and be prepared to work in unpredictable weather conditions.

Previous outdoor labor experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Remove debris, trash, vegetation, and sediment from ditches and culverts
Clear blockages from storm drains and roadside drainage systems
Use hand tools and small equipment safely and effectively
Load and dispose of collected debris
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Work efficiently as part of a team to complete assigned routes/projects
