About The Position

The Acquisition & Contract Support Specialist will provides acquisition planning and contract execution support to ensure compliant, timely, and mission‑aligned procurement under the GERALT IDIQ.

Requirements

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree
FOUR (4) or more years' experience supporting federal acquisition and contracting, including in-depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS

Nice To Haves

Excellent documentation and coordination skills
Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience
Former Contracting Officer background
Experience supporting large IDIQ contracts

Responsibilities

Develop SOWs, IGCEs, RFPs, and acquisition documentation
Support IDIQ, OTA, and competitive procurement strategies
Coordinate with Contracting Officers through award and execution
Track contract performance and acquisition risks
Ensure FAR/DFARS and agency‑specific compliance
