- Strong Excel modeling and analytical ability

Responsibilities
- Build market coverage across targeted markets aligned with investment strategy
- Support LOI drafting and negotiation
- Underwrite investment opportunities
- Present concise investment summaries to Investment Committee
- Travel for property tours, broker meetings, and conferences
- Coordinate third-party reports and diligence workflows
- Review leases, rent rolls, operating statements, and capital needs
