About The Position

ACT Specialist Community Bridges, Inc. (CB I) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models. Job Summary The F/ACT Specialist is a senior F/ACT staff with a wide range of F/ACT and/or rehabilitative experience. The F/ACT Specialist will perform the duties of the Clinical Coordinator in the absence of the Clinical Coordinator.

Requirements

Highschool diploma or GED required.
Associates Degree in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
1 year of experience working on an F/ACT team preferred.
1 year of experience working with the SMI population required.
Additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse preferred.
Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance.
Recovery from Alcohol or Drugs and/or GMH for equal to or greater than 1 consecutive year preferred.
Or a combination of education and experience.
Current AZ Driver’s License.
Clean 39-month MVR.
Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
Trained to complete the Vulnerability Index Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool (VI-SPDAT)
Peer Certification (if applicable)

Nice To Haves
