About The Position

We are seeking applications for an experienced Acting Pastoral Middle Leader and Secondary Classroom Teacher to join our College community. This full-time permanent teaching position includes a fixed-term Middle Leader appointment concluding on 4 December 2026. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership in pastoral care, supporting the holistic wellbeing of students and fostering a positive, inclusive school community. You will lead and mentor staff in pastoral practices, coordinate student retreats, camps and leadership programs, monitor student wellbeing and behaviour, and work collaboratively to promote a culture of high expectations, respect, and faith-driven values. Through effective communication, data-informed approaches, and active participation in school leadership, you will contribute to the spiritual, social, and emotional growth of students and the professional development of staff.
