About The Position

DPCG is currently building a candidate pipeline in anticipation of a potential contract award. Candidates who meet the requirements may be contacted for further discussion when the contract is awarded. Currently seeking a qualified Active Institutional Task Leader to support The Headquarters Department of the Army (HDQA) Deputy Chief of Staff Operations, Directorate for Training G-3/5/7 with the Army Training Models (ATM) applications. This is the functional proponent for Army Training and for strategic resourcing within the framework of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. The ATM contract supports critical training programs to include collective training, operational readiness, and institutional training providing analytical support to develop funding requirements for Army-wide collective and individual training. Subject matter expertise shall be provided with a focus and emphasis to providing experience and continuity with specific emphasis on the PPBE of the programs that support and resource a wide range of requirements for the Army, provide technical and programmatic support for the Training Directorate, and services for various activities to support Army Training requirements.

Requirements

  • Clearance: Requires a SECRET Clearance
  • Must have 10 or more years of demonstrated successful experience with Active Component HQDA G3 or ACOM G3 Army School System and institutional training resource management.
  • Must understand the interrelationship of developing, conducting, and evaluating training.
  • Must have practical experience working with and contributing to the HQDA-level PPBE process.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large data files and maintain quality control.
  • Must possess 5 years or more experience in developing system design requirements for training resource applications used to support decision-making at HQDA.
  • Must possess thorough knowledge, experience and skill using the applications on this project (cTRM/BLTM/cITRM/cATRM/cMRM).
  • Must have user knowledge of MS Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have COMPO specific Army experience.
  • Must be functionally familiar with Army doctrine, Army and Reserve component acronyms.

Responsibilities

  • Shall serve as the lead analyst supporting key segments of the work performed on this project
  • Shall control and manage the work efforts of senior analysts performing analysis or system design tasks
  • Provide technical and programmatic support to the Training Directorate, including program management, technical assistance, and subject matter expertise directly supporting the Regionally Aligned Readiness and Modernization Model (ReARMM)
  • Support the Army Training Models contract with the following tasks: 1. Software maintenance 2. Software development 3. Training 4. Custom Analysis 5. Staff Support
  • Provide assistance and support to the Army Training Models contract with these specified tasks: 1. Populate, Update Per Capita Rates, and Reconcile data 2. Support Army modernization (ReARMM) 3. Mobilization Common Operating Picture (MODCOP) development 4. Provide Subject Matter Expertise with Operations and Research Staff Support
