Position Purpose: The purpose of this position is to assist the Activities Director in implementing an activity program in compliance with requirements to meet residents’ needs. Assists in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating all recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with facility policy, the resident’s care plan, and as directed by supervisors. As needed, provides direct care to residents, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.
