About The Position
We are looking for a fun, energetic, and organized Activities Assistant to join our senior living community. If you have a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and enjoy working with seniors, this could be a great fit for you!
Requirements
- Outgoing, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Great Falls, VA prior to starting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and actively engage residents in daily activities
- Assist with planning and implementing events and programs
- Work with both assisted living and memory care residents
- Provide one-on-one engagement and support
- Drive the community bus for resident outings
- Help create a joyful, welcoming environment
