Residents are able to seamlessly transition from independent living to assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing care, as their healthcare needs change. The Community Life Services department is looking for an Activities Assistant to join the team in our Upscale Skilled Nursing Facility! Requirements
- Experience working with seniors in recreation, music, fitness and/or social administration, preferred
- Great communication and people skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication is a must
- Flexible scheduling, will involve some evenings and/or weekends
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and implement on-property activities and events
- Attend off-property trips, special events and parties
- Preparation and distribution of monthly activities calendar and other communication materials
- Manage digital broadcast of events through in-house channel
- Coordinate transportation for off-campus events
