About The Position
In Search Of: Activities Specialist at the Eric Snow Family YMCA Qualifications: Candidate must be highly motivated, creative and ambitious with strong youth development background, sense of health and wellness, customer service, commitment to building community. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Two years experience in the area of youth development, education, social services, community outreach Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively Must be able to work in an outdoor environment, with all that accompanies it. CPR, First Aid and AED training.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily activities.
- Includes STEM and CATCH program implementation
- Maintains an accurate system of records and reports
- Insure safety of program participants
- Program participant reward and incentive programs
