Coulee Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team on day-shift! With a nurse-to-patient ratio that can’t be beat, Coulee Medical Center offers a diverse rural nursing experience you won’t find anywhere else. This full-time, day position works in both the Acute and LTS departments to quickly and efficiently address patient concerns, while gathering pertinent information to assist the provider in determining the absolute best care. The RN position will be responsible for supervising care given by LPNs, HCAs, NACs and other non-license personnel, while also acting as a patient advocate from newborn to geriatric care. Requirements
- Current RN license required
- ACLS, NRP, & PALS/ENPC certification required, or must be obtained within one year of hire date
- Any person who has been employed with Coulee Medical Center in the last 24 months is not eligible to receive recruitment related sign-on and/or retention bonuses
