At MMGY we inspire people to go places. We have an immediate opening for an AdOps Coordinator in our Overland Park, KS office. This person will be responsible for setting up, testing, QA-ing and optimizing advertising campaigns across a selection of ad tech platforms. TravelDesk is a travel-focused media partner delivering world-class multi-channel campaigns for travel and tourism companies worldwide. We combine travel-specific experience with proprietary data and extensive distribution options to help our travel-sector clients deliver on their business and marketing objectives.
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in Marketing or similar role (internships considered)
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or other related field preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure and as a team.
- Responsible and able to work independently with guidance and support.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver quality.
- Tech Savvy – a fast learner and able to take initiative.
- Prior trafficking experience is beneficial but not required; however, the applicant must be able to learn on the go.
- Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.
Responsibilities
- Setting up campaigns in DV360, The Trade Desk, Samsung DSP, Spotify DSP and Amazon DSP
- Including: Pixel and Audience Creation
- Trafficking campaigns
- Troubleshooting
- Uploading design creatives
- Troubleshoot campaign setup issues as well as any delivery or performance issues
- Attend team meetings and report on campaign progress.
- Liaise with different vendors and departments within the MMGY global group.
