About The Position

We’re looking for an Ad Tech Solutions Engineer to support our clients by implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing technical integrations across the linear/digital advertising ecosystem. You’ll bridge the gap between product, engineering, and customer teams to ensure seamless activation and measurable campaign success. This is a full-time position open to candidates based on the East Coast, with the flexibility to work remotely. The role may require up to 30–40% travel. The annual base salary ranges from $150,000 to $170,000, plus commission, with final compensation determined by the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Marketing) is preferred.
  • 10-12 years in ad tech, or media engineering.
  • Background in solutions engineering, technical account management, or similar roles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising (RTB, ad serving, data flows).
  • Linear Traffic Systems and Workflows
  • Copy Management and Copy Instructions
  • Hands‑on experience with DSPs, ad servers, or measurement platforms.
  • Comfort with web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, tag managers, APIs.
  • Strong analytical skills (SQL or Python a plus).
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving ability in customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical onboarding and integration of ad tech solutions (pixels, tags, SDKs, APIs).
  • Troubleshoot delivery, measurement, and data‑flow issues across DSPs, SSPs, and analytics platforms.
  • Provide consultative guidance on programmatic best practices, identity, and measurement.
  • Partner with sales, product, and engineering to drive customer success and platform adoption.
  • Create documentation, tools, and workflows that scale technical support.
