Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the Dearborn office. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance from Dearborn, MI. Conduct Feature Level performance testing and enable feature development through data exploration, data quality examination, and analysis of data collected from real world evaluation drives. Develop and refine tools, and scripts to detect and trace requirement failure, vehicle data collection issues and problematic scenarios in real-world data by working with feature, function owners, and V&V teams to understand metrics, use-cases. Track, report progress and create metric and status dashboards for management presentations by issuing tracking in JIRA and participating in regular meetings with responsible teams. Test vehicle system health monitoring, user face development, and data operations team environment by developing skills necessary to be productive in the data analysis and working with other data analysis and software engineers. Develop innovative methods for analysis of Ford's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features. Analyze resulting data and deliver reports and dashboards showing results and compliance with internal and external requirements by supporting design verification plans.
