As pioneers in online education, we've built a community of care where inclusive teaching isn't a buzzword—it's how we show up every day. We believe in the worth and dignity of every person in our classrooms. The best learning happens when everyone feels valued and seen. Our Students Our students are working adults. They're balancing education with work, family, and life. We meet them where they are and walk alongside them. We're all lifelong learners here, and we understand the challenge of balancing life and learning. We recognize how intersectionality shapes our students' lives, and we provide community, support, and rigor tailored to each person. "To teach in a manner that respects and cares for the souls of our students is essential if we are to provide the necessary conditions where learning can most deeply and intimately begin." – bell hooks, Teaching to Transgress What You'll Do Our faculty subject-matter (SME) experts work with a competency-based modality called TEMPO Learning.
