Minimum Qualifications Licensed and unencumbered registered nurse in the State of Minnesota. Two years of direct or indirect practice experience in an area of specialization. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing. Graduate degree in nursing or a related area is required to be eligible to teach in the graduate degree programs.
