Join our team as PT Adjunct Faculty of Pediatrics and Director (or Co-Director) of Pediatrics Clerkship , a pivotal faculty role responsible for leading and continuously improving the PEDIATRIC clinical rotation core clerkship! This position ensures that all learning experiences meet institutional goals, COCA accreditation standards, and the educational needs of students. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Administration: Oversee all aspects of the Pediatric clerkship, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and institutional objectives. Manage resources, faculty, and evaluation systems to deliver a high-quality experience. Curriculum & Assessment: Maintain and enhance the clerkship curriculum, integrating osteopathic principles and national standards. Monitor student performance and implement data-driven improvements. This includes some in-person teaching with students preparing to begin their pediatric clinical rotation. Student Support: Foster a supportive learning environment, address student concerns, and mentor those pursuing careers in pediatrics. Faculty & Site Oversight: Assist the Assistant Dean of Clinical Education in supervising faculty, conducting site visits, and ensuring consistent teaching quality across affiliated clinical sites. Outreach & Engagement: Help us build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community partners. Represent Noorda Pediatrics within regional networks and professional organizations.
