About The Position

The Undergraduate & Graduate School UMGC Europe Locations: Alconbury, United Kingdom University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks adjunct faculty to teach on-site in the United Kingdom for the Social Work program. This position is a field-focused, practice-based role supporting students in their field placements. Responsibilities include experiential instruction, supervision support, and applied mentorship tied to CSWE field education outcomes, rather than traditional classroom-based course instruction.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited institution of higher learning as well as hold an active LCSW.
• At least two years post-master’s degree professional experience in the Social Work field.
• Local applicants only.
• Applicants must have and be able to maintain their own legal status in the country in which they apply to teach.

Nice To Haves

• Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred.
