About The Position

Remington College is seeking an exceptional eSports educator! If you’re a dedicated, enthusiastic eSports professional with experience in world of eSports, who believes in the power of sharing your knowledge, motivating others, and putting students first, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a dedicated eSports instructor to join our Dallas Campus and assist the Campus Dean in the Campus’s eSports program.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or higher in eSports, game design, or a related discipline.
A minimum of four (4) years of related experience in eSports and eSports coaching.

Responsibilities

Adheres to all Company policies and procedures and operates within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation at all times.
Prepares lesson plans using industry-standard approaches (e.g., multimedia, adult learning methodology).
Teaches courses as assigned, instructs and evaluates students, develops students’ skills and encourages growth, and tracks their attendance, performance, and grades.
Participates in various administrative activities (e.g., attends faculty/staff meetings or in-service meetings).
Participates in graduation ceremonies, as assigned.
Participates regularly in continuing professional development activities.
Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
Maintains professional and effective working relationships with all other Campus personnel.
Conducts his or her professional and personal life in a fashion that fosters a positive impression of the Campus and the Company.
Performs the job on site when required. Remote work is appropriate when onsite work is not required. Subject to change if superseded by Human Resource policy regarding remote work.
