Assistant to Head of Merchandising and SVP of Planning & Allocation The Role + Purpose: Heavy calendar management Answer and direct emails Coordinate travel arrangements Administer expense reports and process departmental invoices Order supplies Coordinate internal meetings pertaining to a number of cross functional departments Prioritize the day-to-day efficiency of the team and cross functional partners, often working with other assistants and teams across the organization

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform essential functions of the job
• 4+ years’ Administrative or Executive Assistant experience
• Extremely detail oriented and able to multitask
• Has an extreme sense of urgency
• Able to be resilient when dealing with high- pressure situations
• Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Heavy calendar management
• Answer and direct emails
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Administer expense reports and process departmental invoices
• Order supplies
• Coordinate internal meetings pertaining to a number of cross functional departments
