Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be proficient with technology including Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Must be comfortable completing data entry tasks in a timely fashion.
  • Must pass a Department of Human Services Background check and other background checks as required by MSS.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable as determined by our insurance carrier.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference given to candidates with at least one year of experience in an administrative role.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Perform general clerical duties including typing forms, letters, and reports. File and log training and private data. Purchase needed supplies for the organization.
  • Perform data entry as required using spreadsheets and databases. Assist with maintaining accurate attendance records for persons served including assisting with attendance audit.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for the administrative office staff which might include: scanning, producing flyers, processing correspondence, creating and submitting reports, collecting certificates of insurance, shipping of art sales, etc.
  • Make appropriate preparations for meetings as requested and maintain the conference room calendar.
  • Support the Accounting team as needed including support for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
