About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Providence Public Schools in Providence, RI. The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations through scheduling, correspondence, document management, and consistent communication with internal and external contacts. Successful candidates are resourceful, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Requirements

  • experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • adaptive to new technology and applications
  • detail-oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities
  • have excellent organization, communication and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • work with SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • work as a team player and can work independently
  • demonstrate the initiative to seek solutions, resolve issues, pivot when needed, and have a hunger to grow and develop in this role
