  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and schedule service appointments for our electrical team.
  • Coordinate daily dispatching of technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and customers to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Support the team with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive company image.
