Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Human relations skills to deal effectively with visitors/customers in person or on the telephone.
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organization skills
  • Microsoft software experience required.
  • Must have ability to multi-task and problem solve.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and control the flow of clients or visitors to their destinations, maintain sign-in sheet and distribute identification badges to visitors.
  • Maintain knowledge of the company products or services and staff and answer simple questions about company policies, procedures and operations or refer more complicated questions to other company personnel.
  • Use public address system to page employees when needed.
  • Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls to appropriate area or personnel.
  • Perform clerical duties.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
  • Assist professional staff in other capacities as needed.
  • creates expense reports as needed for executives
  • reviews and approves expense reports for AP to process
  • Other Duties as assigned
