About The Position

Do you have top notch Microsoft Office Suite skills and experience managing a senior executive's day to day responsibilities, particularly within a larger sized organization? The AA2 will be responsible for providing administrative and office support for an extremely large Human Resources Department and for providing support to multiple department managers and/or department directors. This is NOT a remote position and is on site 5 days per week. Some of the duties include: acting as the face of human resources for a senior level executive as well as keeping her calendar, answering/fielding phone calls, travel arrangements, coordinating organizational employee recognition initiatives, greeting and directing employees in a professional manner, and includes a wide array of administrative duties. This position performs advanced computer skills for a senior level leader and is responsible for understanding the content of each director's job and overall department operations. The salary for the position ranges from $20.60 hourly to 25.75 hourly. If you possess the above skills please apply.

Requirements

  • Require three (3) years of general office/administrative experience.

  • Prefer ability to communicate in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing; strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Prefer professional secretary certification (CPS) or an Associate degree.
