This position is responsible for all Testing Service operations which include reception, scheduling, test administration, maintaining up to date policy and procedures, interfacing with testing clients, and financial operations. Good communication and people skills are critical to this position. This position requires the ability to stay organized, be able to multitask and remain patient and focused under pressure. They must keep testing equipment, materials and testing room secure and maintain confidentiality. This position will also provide support for the Counseling Center front desk when needed.
