About The Position

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties including typing correspondence memos and other documents; handling confidential material; data entry; assembling PowerPoint presentations; answering a multiple-line telephone and handling routine inquiries or requests directing calls or taking messages; greeting and directing visitors; sorting and distributing mail and faxes; preparing UPS and Federal Express shipments; photocopying; maintaining general and confidential files; compiling data and generating reports; scheduling meetings and preparing minutes as well as coordinating annual sales meetings; assembling information and organizing assembling booklets from quarterly and annual sales meetings; coordinating travel reservations and training; working with expense reports; ordering supplies; and any other duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 plus years administrative experience.
  • Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; Microsoft Office emphasis on Outlook Access Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Special Skills: Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities evaluating results and coordinating with others; assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others

  • Previous Harvest Scheduling experience preferred.
