About The Position

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to Directors and teams. This role is crucial to keeping the business running efficiently through proactive coordination, strong organization, and outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced environment. What You Will Do Proactively manage Directors’ calendars, meetings, and access to optimize time and priorities. Provide comprehensive administrative support to 50+ employees, including travel arrangements and expense reports. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, access requests, and facilities support for employees and contractors. Prepare, organize, and maintain internal and external documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. Support events, invoices, purchase orders, and cross‑functional administrative initiatives as needed. Who You Are You bring 3+ years of administrative or office support experience in a professional environment. You are highly organized, with attention to detail, adaptability, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure. You collaborate easily, communicate clearly, and build strong working relationships at all levels. You are confident working independently and take initiative in a changing, fast‑paced setting. Requirements
