OUC - The Reliable One, an industry leader and the second largest municipal utility in Florida committed to serving the community and the environment, is presently seeking a Administrative Assistant III to join the Customer Experience & Sales division. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to a diverse team while coordinating with multiple departments and a wide range of stakeholders. You will help ensure accurate documentation, clear communication, and efficient processes across projects and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can prioritize competing deadlines, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and maintain strong attention to detail. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual who takes initiative, approaches challenges with a problem-solving mindset, and is eager to learn and contribute to improving processes and team collaboration.
