We are seeking a resourceful, proactive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant II to support our Chief Accounting Officer and two Vice Presidents within the COO organization. In this role, you will be a strategic partner, ensuring our leaders are operating efficiently and effectively each day. From complex calendar management and travel coordination to team meetings and event planning, you will play a critical role in optimizing time, streamlining operations, and supporting a high-performing leadership team.
