About The Position

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Administrative Assistant/Showroom Sales Associate to join our team. This full-time position combines administrative support for executive leadership with front-line showroom sales responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while delivering exceptional service to customers in our showroom. The Administrative & Showroom Sales Associate is responsible for providing administrative assistance to executives and supporting showroom sales activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative support and/or retail sales preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work Saturdays and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Screen calls, manage incoming/outgoing mail, and maintain filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets as directed by executive leadership.
  • Organize tasks and schedules for executive staff.
  • Provide backup support for the receptionist and assist other departments with special projects as needed.
  • Greet customers and ensure a positive showroom experience.
  • Qualify customers and guide them through the sales process, including product selection and order processing.
  • Assist contractors and homeowners with new or remodeling project selections.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and accurate product pricing.
  • Support store promotions and attend sales/training meetings as requested.
  • Keep management informed of any issues that could impact operations or profitability.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and follow company policies.
  • Any and all duties assigned to you by management not outlined in this description.
