Due to an internal promotion, we have a rare opportunity to join our Marketing team as an Administrative Assistant, supporting our Chief Marketing Officer. This is an amazing opportunity for someone early in their Marketing career as you will get exposure to all aspects of our Marketing organization. Being an Administrative Assistant at U.S. Bank will provide you with a rewarding career opportunity to be part of a large financial bank and the ability to work closely with top executives within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Managing complex calendars/scheduling for the Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Overseeing expense reports.
  • Coordinating meetings and taking meeting notes.
  • Assisting with setting-up conferences.
  • Helping with travel arrangements.
  • Composing correspondence for the broader Marketing team.
  • Performing other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
  • Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities or Marketing experience.
  • Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft products and AI.
  • Well-developed ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
