Requirements

• Must be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and PowerPoint Basics
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Professional and maintain confidentiality
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving and listening skills a must
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Ability to adapt and work successfully in a highly structured, fast paced team environment
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to work simultaneously in multiple applications and screens
• Must be able to run errands and pick up supplies as needed
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• 5+ years Customer Service experience in financial services

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide Administrative support to a fast-paced Financial Professionals team
• Ensure data integrity by managing large datasets across excel and various reporting platforms
• Execute high-capacity client interaction and resolution
• High-volume document distribution and retrieval, maintaining meticulous tracking log of all pending and completed requests
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and multi-calendar management
• Facilitating administrative preparation for team events
