About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing participant claims and reimbursements accurately and on schedule, reviewing debit card transactions, and assisting participants by phone and email regarding eligible expenses, balances, and plan rules. The role also involves supporting employer groups with plan setup, reporting, renewals, and troubleshooting, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with IRS and plan requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Process participant claims and reimbursements accurately and on schedule.
  • Review debit card transactions and substantiation documentation.
  • Assist participants by phone and email regarding eligible expenses, balances, and plan rules.
  • Support employer groups with plan setup, reporting, renewals, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with IRS and plan requirements.
  • Perform routine account audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with system updates, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
