While reporting directly to the VP or Compliance, Risk & Audit, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and secretarial duties for one or more managers requiring knowledge of departmental policy and procedures. What you will be doing: Formats, types, and edits a variety of correspondence: including memos, reports and confidential material; drafts routine correspondence for manager’s approval. Receives and screens telephone calls and visitors, schedules appointments and meetings, and resolves problems requiring knowledge of department policies and procedures. Carries out special projects and assignments as requested; compiles, analyzes, and prepares data for administrative reports and presentations. Maintains and updates departmental files, records and publications; maintains confidential files and materials. Schedules conferences, meetings and appointments; notifies attendees, and makes necessary arrangements; arranges domestic and international travel. This position is located in Charlotte, NC.

Requirements

  • You are proficient in using word processing, spreadsheets, and database software.
  • You have a working knowledge of operating office equipment including copy machine, fax machine, etc.
  • You have experience in developing and maintaining files and correspondence.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills and organization skills.
  • Will be able to work a 30 hrs. per week role
