About The Position

1 Health Solutions is hiring four Administrative Assistants to support the Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC) Administration Office, Finance Department, Front Desk, and Greeter functions. This is a professional administrative role in a healthcare environment requiring strong customer service, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Basic financial literacy.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in supporting leadership-level staff preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or government environments highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk/greeter and administrative office support, answer phones and direct visitors appropriately
  • Draft, format, and route correspondence; track controlled correspondence and maintain filing systems
  • Schedule meetings/appointments, reserve conference rooms, and prepare meeting minutes and action items
  • Prepare travel requests and assist staff with travel documentation/vouchers
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases/spreadsheets; support basic administrative finance tasks (purchasing support, tracking)
  • Perform timekeeping duties and support onboarding/orientation coordination
  • Assist with fingerprinting and background investigation paperwork routing, as required
  • Follow HIPAA/Privacy Act and IHS policies; complete required training (ISSA, compliance training, orientation)
