About The Position

Coordinating daily administrative functions, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements for executive staff Preparing and processing documents, correspondence, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism Managing filing systems and data records to ensure the organization, confidentiality, and accessibility of critical information Facilitating effective communication between various departments and external contacts, ensuring timely dissemination of information Supporting preparation and logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events in compliance with contract and regulatory requirements FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING #LI-TF1

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in an administrative assistant role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and support senior leadership through efficient administrative operations
  • Proficient in drafting, editing, and managing correspondence and documents while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy
  • Skilled in utilizing office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite, email management systems, and digital filing systems to streamline workflow
  • Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced proficiency with scheduling and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Teams, or similar collaboration software) to enhance office productivity
  • Experience with project coordination and basic financial tracking to support departmental budgeting and resource planning
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated capacity to adapt to evolving technologies and administrative procedures for continuous process improvement
