Assist with administrative and office functions, including but not limited to answering and directing phone calls, mail collection and distribution, record-keeping, file and data management (paper and electronic). The Administrative Assistant will help direct visitors and customers, order supplies, and perform housekeeping and cleaning of office and visitor areas; provide assistance in other areas or departments as instructed and necessary.
