About The Position

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves solving problems before they become problems, and keeps things humming behind the scenes. This role provides direct administrative, technical, and operational support to the Practice Manager across both locations. You’ll coordinate tech needs, support marketing and social media, manage small-but-critical details, and help maintain an organized, seamless environment. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, resourceful, and have excellent follow-through, this is the role for you!

Requirements

  • Strong computer literacy and comfort troubleshooting basic issues
  • Excellent organization and task tracking
  • Friendly, polished, professional communication style
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing accuracy
  • Familiarity with Canva (or willingness to learn)
  • Confidentiality, discretion, and reliability
  • Comfortable supporting occasional events and creative projects

Responsibilities

  • Act as the on-site go-to for basic tech support (simple printer issues, connectivity checks, rebooting devices).
  • Open and track corporate IT tickets; sit in on remote troubleshooting sessions.
  • Communicate updates to the team and track resolutions.
  • Maintain various log of computers and device needs.
  • Maintain computer related supplied
  • Prepare new-hire onboarding welcome items.
  • Assist with filing, office documentation, and ordering supplies.
  • Provide cross-trained support to front office roles when needed.
  • Support Practice Manager with general administrative tasks.
  • Help monitor and respond appropriately to social media DMs.
  • Maintain the content calendar and coordinate scheduled posts.
  • Create simple graphics in Canva (ads, banners, slides for the lobby TVs).
  • Assist with community marketing tasks: referral gifts, in-kind donations, sponsorships, tracking, and outreach.
  • Help keep our social media presence active, polished, and on-brand.
